Buildings in YORG.io are player made structures. These buildings usually require resources to perform their task. Different buildings have different purposes, from utility-based structures to defensive towers. Each building will automatically give their resource to and receive from other buildings if there is a path available.
List of buildings
Receives crystals (which function as in-game credit, and can be used to upgrade or buy buildings) from the Crystal Mine. Other buildings can't be upgraded past the base's level. The game doesn't truly start until your base has been placed. The game is lost when the base is destroyed. Protect your base against the invading zombies.
Mines crystals from crystal orbs. Must be placed next to crystal orb (spiky red gem that gives off small red particles).
Mines iron from iron ore deposits. Must be placed next to iron ore (slightly lopsided, sparkly grey stone).
Harvests wood from forests. Must be placed next to tree (lime green 12-sided shape).
Protects your base from enemies by blocking their movement. Can be given shields by the Shield Generator.
Transports resources within its range between buildings. Can be chained. Send resources faster as they are upgraded. These disappear when the instant transport is bought in the skill tree.
Produces cannon balls from unprocessed iron.
Medium-distance splash damage tower. Shoots cannonballs which explode when they hit enemies. Requires cannon balls from the cannon ball factory to fire.
Carves wood from Harvester into arrow shafts.
Manufactures steel from 2 iron and 1 wood.
Manufactures arrows from steel from Steel Factory and arrow shafts from Sawmill.
Long-ranged single target tower that shoots arrows at enemies. Requires arrows from the arrow factory to fire.
Extracts uranium from uranium ores. Must be placed next to uranium ore (sparkling pine green gemstone).
Uses uranium to produce nuclear power.
Short-distance splash damage tower. Shoots lightning bolts on enemies which then spread to other enemies. Requires nuclear power from nuclear reactor to fire.
Produces shields out of uranium that are used to protect the walls. While a wall still has shields, it can regenerate health during the night.
